Ibadah Daily ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and display name (if you choose to share them).
• Location data: We use your device's location to provide accurate prayer times and Qibla direction. Location is processed on-device and is not stored permanently on our servers.
• Usage data: Information you create in the app, such as prayer tracking, reading group memberships, commitments, and bookmarks.
• Group data: Group names, descriptions, and membership information you create or join.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide prayer times based on your location
• Enable Qibla direction and masjid finder features
• Sync your data across devices (groups, commitments, prayer tracking)
• Display your profile and group contributions to other group members
• Show relevant advertisements to support the app (see Section 5)

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud). We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and cloud messaging. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In: Account authentication only. We receive your email and display name; no passwords are shared with us.
• Google AdMob: To display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad delivery. We request your consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any tracking occurs. If you decline, we serve non-personalized ads only. Google Privacy Policy
• Apple StoreKit: For in-app purchases (tips). Payment is processed entirely by Apple; we do not collect or store any payment or billing information.

5. Advertising & Tracking

Our app displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Before any tracking, we ask for your permission using Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You may:

• Allow tracking: AdMob may use your device identifier to show personalized ads.
• Deny tracking: We serve only non-personalized ads. No device identifier is shared with ad networks.

You can change your tracking preference at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Firebase (Google) — to store and sync your app data
• Google AdMob — to serve ads (subject to your ATT preference)
• Apple — for authentication and payment processing

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Access and update your profile information within the app
• Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below
• Disable location access in your device settings
• Control ad tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
• Opt out of personalized ads in your device settings

8. Children's Privacy

Our app is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
